Application Form

Candidates seeking admission to the Test must apply in the prescribed application form supplied along with this Information Bulletin. Please handle this form carefully while filling up and send by the ordinary post in the prescribed envelope supplied with Information Bulletin. The completed Application form in prescribed envelope could also be dropped in the application Box kept at the Main Gate of the CSIR Complex. Library Avenue, Puse, New Delhi-110 012.
Candidates should send the duly completed application form with enclosures (only in the prescribed envelope supplied with the Bulletin) to the Controller of Examinations, Examination Unit, Human Resource Development Group, CSIR Complex, Opposite Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Puse, New Delhi-110 012 by ordinary post so as to reach this Unit on or before 07.10.2004.
