Application Form

     Applications as per prescribed form are invited from eligible candidates for registration to the 'Common Entrance Test 2004' for admission to first semester / first year MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / Naturopathy / Yoga / BE / B. Tech. / B.Arch. courses in the educational institutions (the details of which shall be made available on the date of CET) in the state of Karnataka for the academic year 2004-05.
