About CPMT-UP

Combined Pre-Medical Test (CPMT) for admission to MBBS (782 seats) BDS (51 seats) is conducted by one of the University in the state in the following colleges: MBBS B.R.D Medical College, Gorakhpur; G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur; King George,s Medical College, Lucknow;L.L.R.M. Medical College, Meerut; Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi; Moti Lal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad; and S.N. Medical College, Agra BDS Faculty of Dental Sciences (King George's Medical College, Lucknow). 

Eligibility

Intermediate/12 years Senior Secondary (Sc) of Board of High School & Intermediate Education, U.P. or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Age: 17 years on December 31st of the year of admission.

Domicile

Indian citizens and bonafide residents of Uttar Pradesh. Exceptions:Displace students registered in U.P., Wards of employees of Govt. of India (civil/military),Public Sector Undertaking serving in U.P., Wards (who passed their qualifying exam from U.P.) of employees of Defence forces serving anywhere,Childrn of Indian national repatriated from other countries.

Reservations

SC 10%, ST 2%, BC 15%, Hill areas 3%, Uttarkhand 3 %, Frredom Fighters 3%, Childredn of Defence Personnel (killed/disabled) 2%, Handicapped 2%, General 50% (30% seats for women under each category).All India Entrance/Govt. of India nominees (additional).
