Application Form

The CAT Bulletin containing the CAT Application Form and other information can be obtained at branches of State Bank of India in major cities and state capital in the month of July and August (Actual dates are specified in CAT Announcement). Please note that a candidate needs to buy only one CAT bulletin irrespective of how many IIMs he/she is applying to. All candidates must enclose the Bank counterfoil around (Rs. 1100/, actual amount is specified in CAT Announcement) with the CAT Application Form.
