Application Form

1. Foreign nationals who wish to be considered for admission to the M.B.B.S. Course against the five reserved seats for foreign students need not fill this application but should apply to the Government of India through their diplomatic channels and not to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. The nominations are made by the Government of India . Candidates are, therefore, advised to correspond with India . Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, NewDelhi, and not with this Institute.

2. A candidate seeking admission to the entrance Examination is required to send his/her application on the prescribed form, available with the prospectus.

3. The candidate shall fill in the application form in his/her own handwriting. The entries in computer registration sheet should be clearly typed/hand written in block letters. There should be no over typing/over writing in the computer registration sheet.

4. Rs.500/ & Rs. 400/- as the cost of the Application form and fee for examination for General & SC/ST Candidates will be collected at the time of sale of the prospectus. This fee is non-refundable and no correspondence on this regard will be entertained.

5. Application form complete in all respects should be sent to ASSISTANT CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, EXAMINATION SECTION, ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, ANSARI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110029 by Registered A/D or Speed Post or delivered by hand at the Reception Counter of Examination Section, AIIMS.

6. The envelope should be superscribed "ENVELOPE FOR MAILING APPLICATION TO AIIMS".
